Parallax Expands Client Services Team
Investing in People
Here at Parallax, we’re committed to growing and improving as an agency by investing in people. From bringing in fresh talent to recognising the hard work our staff already do, we think it’s vital to do what we can to maintain the relationships we have with our clients and maximise efficiency across all our projects.
That’s why we’re proud to announce the recent promotion of long-standing team member Jack Sails to the new position of Account Director. Jack has been fundamental to the growth of Parallax, having delivered projects for clients such as Unilever, cap hpi (part of the Solera group) and CitiPark, not to mention the recent launch of a brand new domestic energy company – Yorkshire Energy. In his five years at Parallax he’s proved himself time and again to be an invaluable member of the team, tackling everything with confidence, flair and a positive attitude.
It’s been a really interesting and engaging time so far at Parallax and I’m really pleased to have contributed to the growth of the company. We have some truly excellent clients and I really value the relationships we’ve developed with them. As we continue to grow, so do the people that make Parallax so special. My recent promotion wouldn’t have been possible without the support of those around me and all the brilliant projects I’ve been lucky to help bring to life. Here’s to the future!
New Faces, New Skills
We’re also thrilled to announce the recent growth of our client services team with the hiring of three additional team members. Fresh from D.S Emotion Patrick Power joins the team as an Account Manager with a special focus on the innovation side of the business. He brings with him a wealth of experience across a wide variety of industries.
Parallax is a really unique agency. Since coming aboard, I’ve been hugely impressed by the scope and scale of all the digital innovation projects we have. I’ve been getting stuck in with various web design and development projects, but I’m really looking forward to contributing to some technically advanced solutions and digging deeper into digital marketing.
Also joining the client services team is Andrew Moody, formerly of search agency Blueclaw. With a background in search engine optimisation, Andrew’s role is crucial for the future of the business, picking up a number of key clients and helping us expand our SEO offering.
Finally, we’re delighted to welcome Amy James as our new Junior Account Executive. Previously a designer at TurnKey, Amy recently returned from travelling hoping to take her career in a new direction. “Starting in a brand new role is always daunting,” she said. “But I’ve been made to feel so welcome by everyone. I’ve already been given the opportunity to work on a number of interesting and unique projects – I can’t wait to start working on more!” We’re excited to have her knowledge, experience and initiative in the team.
Our expanded client services team falls under the stewardship of Associate Director Tom Faller. Having a hand in both the digital marketing and innovation sides of the business, Tom has been a driving force for delivering exemplary service with a personal touch since day one.
Expansion and Growth
Alongside client services, we’ve also continued to invest in our growing Marketing team. Jess Melia – previously Content & PR Manager at Delete Agency – joined us recently to augment our content marketing services. She’s working alongside fellow new recruit Andre Gwilliam – formerly of the Web Marketing Group – who brought with him extensive knowledge of earned media and valuable outreach experience.
All these new additions show just how serious we are about the company’s growth, cementing our position as a full service digital agency that delivers both technical innovation and digital marketing. We firmly believe our new team members will help us widen our scope and continue to deliver the high quality work we’re known for.
