Parallax Introduce Beautiful New UI For Expose CMS

In case you haven’t already heard us talking about it, Expose is our own revolutionary CMS that we developed here at Parallax. We’ve been working on it over the past few years and we truly believe that it’s one of the most usable and intuitive content management systems in the world.
Time for a refresh
Whilst we loved Expose as it was, it was time to give it a few upgrades and a well needed facelift. We’ve spent a lot of time over the past few weeks developing a completely fresh and beautiful new look to the user interface, making it even better to use.
A New Toolbar
Previously the Expose toolbar used to be at the top of the page when you were logged in. We’ve changed this a little to provide a far better experience. As most screens are wider than they are tall, vertical space is limited. We’ve moved the toolbar to the left of the page, allowing more vertical room to see your website as your visitors see it.
That’s not where it ends with the new toolbar. The new toolbar contains updated SEO options including page titles, descriptions and URLs, as well as far more extensive documentation to help you out, not forgetting all new page options. Each of these have been organised in much more intuitive and enjoyable way.
Even Better Editing
We’ve also improved the content editing boxes. As always, just click on the area you want to change and edit away. Only now, it’s all much cleaner with options to expand the text box should you require it.
Images, Videos, Links and More Options
With a slicker interface, adding and cropping images is easier than ever before. Simply right-click on your image to upload, crop, remove and even edit the alternative text. The same goes with videos, Expose has awesome video upload and encoding tools. We’ve also improved adding links and additional page options too.
