Parallax Take Snaps for Charity

We were delighted to attend The End of Summer Fashion Show in aid of children’s charity Barnardo’s last night.

Lawrence took his trusty camera and photographed the show which was held for the fourth year at Tiger Tiger in Leeds. The show is organised every year by fashion designer Victoria Rosso and aims to showcase upcoming British designers and models as well as raise money for a good cause.

Our favourite designers of the night were Claire Baxter and Eleanor Sleeper. Claire’s collection was influenced by playboy bunnies and pole dancers and we thought the models wearing her gear were very brave! Eleanor Sleeper already works for Pop Boutique (which is just up the road from Snapshot Towers!) and makes a range of pretty daywear for men and women.

We had a great time watching the show, as well as schmoozing with a few prominent Leeds bloggers; Elly from The Magic Square Foundation and Daisy of Style Dais. We hope the show raised a healthy sum for Barnardo’s and look forward to hearing the grand total in the next few days.

Anyway, can’t stop now, we’re too busy looking through our goody bags…
